What is ClassMana?
ClassMana is a gamification platform to allow teachers to manage student behavior in a fun and visual way.
Displayed in front of the classroom on a digital board or screen, teachers reward positive actions to keep students engaged, motivated, and eager to participate.
Students are encouraged to support one another, work together, and stay focused, turning the classroom into a place where learning and teamwork thrive.
With tools like Monster Battles and Mystery Events, ClassMana transforms everyday routines into moments of excitement and cooperation.
Simple, fast, and built with real teachers in mind, ClassMana fits seamlessly into any classroom for students aged 7 and up.
Who is it for?
ClassMana is built for teachers and educators who want to bring energy, structure, and positivity into their learning environment. It’s a great fit for:
- Primary, middle, and high school teachers
- Homeschooling parents and tutors
- Students aged 7 and up
- Classrooms of all types, whether you're teaching a single subject or managing a full day
- Educators who value engagement, cooperation, and clear behavior expectations
ClassMana is designed for classrooms and learning spaces that have a digital board or screen available, so students can see what’s happening together in real time.
What makes it special?
- Gamified experience with instant feedback through battles, rewards, and surprises
- Zero configuration – get started in seconds with no class setup required
- Privacy-first design – no student accounts or personal data collected
- Fast & intuitive – built for real-time use during class, even with limited time
How it works
1. Start instantly with ready-to-use tools
ClassMana gives teachers immediate access to powerful classroom tools that require no setup. Simply open a tool on your digital board and start using it with your students.
You can:
- Launch a Monster Battle to replace formal assessment and pop-quizzes
- Trigger a Mystery Event to reward the class with a quick classroom activity.
- Use timers and visual noise meters to keep students focused
These tools are fast, fun, and designed to fit naturally into any lesson. No accounts or configuration are needed to get started.
2. Unlock full-class features with student setup
When the teacher sets up a class and provides student logins, ClassMana unlocks the full gamified experience. Each student gets a personal avatar and becomes part of a classroom team.
Students can:
- Earn points for positive behavior, participation, and cooperation
- Upgrade their avatars as they collect more points
- Unlock powers that provide classroom perks, such as:
- Drink or eat during class
- Skipping a small task
- Changing seats for a day
- Spend mana points to use their powers, adding strategy and excitement
- Work together to help each other succeed, building a positive classroom culture
This setup transforms classroom management into a motivating, cooperative game where students are proud of their progress and invested in helping the whole class succeed.

Developer Story
ClassMana is developed by Koen Witters, a solo game developer with a passion for creating engaging and meaningful digital experiences. When the popular classroom platform ClassCraft was discontinued, Koen saw teachers left without a strong alternative. With his background in game development, he recognized the opportunity to create something even better by using game design principles and technology to support classrooms in a fresh and powerful way.
Koen’s connection to education runs deep. His mother was a teacher, giving him early insight into the classroom experience. Today, as a father of four children aged 5 to 15, he has a built-in test group at home to help shape and refine ClassMana.
Although he is not a classroom teacher himself, Koen works closely with educators to ensure ClassMana meets real classroom needs. He welcomes feedback and collaboration from teachers, who are encouraged to reach out at info@classmana.com to help shape the future of ClassMana.
